My Story

I am from Michigan, it has always been my home. I have been drawing as long as I can recall. I developed my passion for art at a young age. As funny as it is to think about, I look back and laugh at myself for constantly drawing in class instead of paying attention. I have an eye for seeing everything through and artistic lens. I see lines on a sheet of paper and think what if those lines connected to form a head of a mighty beast? Throughout all of my middle school years and even into high school years I have taken art classes. I jumped at every art class that was offered to me, I wanted to hone and refine my drawing skills. Since I graduated high school, I have been actively pursuing a fine arts degree. My time in college has really opened my eyes to what I am capable of. My skills are being pushed to their limits and the results are showing. If I were to ask a younger version of myself if she thought I would have taken my passion for art this far. It feels unreal at times. For special occasions I have always made art for my family and close friends, but recently I have decided I wanted to share my art with more than just them.
